Website terms

Terms of Use

These Terms set the boundaries for use of the public Novikov Health website. They do not create a professional engagement or replace advice from an appropriately licensed treating professional.

  1. About this website

Novikov Health is the professional website and brand of Vladimir Novikov. Vladimir Novikov operates this public informational website.

  2. General information only

Public website content is general professional information. It is not an individual diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for evaluation by an appropriately licensed treating professional.

  3. No engagement by browsing or initial contact

Visiting the site or sending an initial enquiry does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship, advisory engagement, fiduciary relationship, contractual acceptance or guarantee that services will be provided. Any professional engagement, scope, jurisdiction and data workflow are agreed separately.

  4. Emergency boundary

Novikov Health is not an emergency service. In an urgent or emergency situation, contact the appropriate local emergency or medical services without delay.

  5. Jurisdiction and licensing boundary

The availability and scope of professional services may depend on the law, professional licensing requirements and other rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Where local clinical licensure is required, diagnosis and treatment remain with appropriately licensed treating professionals.

  6. Professional coordination boundary

Coordination, record organisation, consultation preparation and second-opinion facilitation do not replace treating clinicians. Clinical decisions remain with the patient and appropriately authorised treating professionals.

  7. Medical information and records

Do not submit medical records through the public site. The public website is not an electronic health record, patient portal or medical upload service. Personal Electronic Medical Records are maintained separately under an agreed professional workflow.

  8. Children and minors

The public website is not designed to solicit personal or medical data directly from children. Children and minors should not submit information independently through public contact channels. Where a minor is involved in professional coordination, the workflow must involve an appropriate parent or legal representative and applicable child-health professionals.

  9. AI-assisted multilingual communication

Translation and interpretation support, including AI-assisted support where agreed, is assistive and errors are possible. Original documents remain authoritative. Critical medical or legal wording may require a qualified human translator or interpreter.

  10. External services and links

Telegram, WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn are independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Following a link is voluntary. Novikov Health does not guarantee or control the operation of an external service, and a link is not an endorsement of every external statement or practice.

  11. Intellectual property

Site text, branding and original materials are protected subject to applicable law. Normal personal viewing and linking are permitted. No ownership is claimed here over third-party material beyond the rights lawfully held.

  12. Availability and accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to keep public information current, but the website is not guaranteed to be continuously available or complete for every jurisdiction or circumstance. Liability is not excluded or limited where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

  13. No waiver of mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  14. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the website or its boundaries change. For questions, use the Contact page. For privacy or data-protection enquiries, identify the message as a privacy request and do not include medical details in the initial message.
