This policy explains cookies and similar browser-storage technologies, what the current Novikov Health website uses, and the controls that will apply if optional analytics is activated later.
The basic distinction
Necessary preferences and optional measurement serve different purposes.
Novikov Health is the professional website and brand of Vladimir Novikov. Vladimir Novikov is the website operator and, to the extent applicable law treats him as such, the controller/operator for the public website.
A cookie is a small value that a website or third-party service may ask a browser to store. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which can retain information in the browser without using a traditional cookie.
Strictly necessary storage supports a service or preference requested by the visitor. Optional analytics storage measures how a website is used and must remain separate from necessary operation.
Current status
No optional analytics or advertising technology is active.
Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica are planned possibilities only. Their tags, cookies and analytics storage are not active. The public site currently has no advertising tags, remarketing or profiling technology.

Consent preference
A future choice will be remembered only as a first-party preference.
If optional analytics is activated after legal and owner approval, the site will ask the visitor to allow or reject analytics before any analytics tag loads. No option will be selected in advance.
The choice may be remembered in one first-party browser preference so the site can respect it. A Cookie settings control will then be available in the footer so the choice can be changed or withdrawn later. Because analytics is disabled now, that control and preference storage are not active.
Future vendor technology
The runtime inventory must be verified when configuration changes.
Vendors may change their tags, cookies or storage behaviour. When approved analytics IDs are activated, Novikov Health will audit the actual browser network, cookies and storage, update this policy with the real runtime inventory and review vendor terms, account settings, retention and international data flows.
Advertising boundary
Advertising technology remains outside the approved architecture.
Google Ads, remarketing, advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalisation and other advertising tags are not active. They would require a separate decision and legal review; analytics consent does not grant advertising consent.
Questions and changes
Use the current Contact page without sending medical details.
For privacy or data-protection enquiries, use the Contact page and identify the message as a privacy request. Please do not include medical details in the initial message. This policy will be reviewed when the site’s storage or analytics configuration changes.
