Private medical coordination for families & family offices

Vladimir Novikov

Physician · Private Medical Advisor · Family Healthcare Coordinator

One medically qualified coordination point for adult family members across medical information, specialists, second opinions, complex pathways and long-term continuity.

A coherent medical picture

Good medical care can still become disconnected

Each episode may be appropriate on its own while the wider chronology, unanswered questions and agreed follow-up become harder to see.

The role

Many medical participants. One coherent picture

Vladimir Novikov provides physician-led private medical coordination: more clinically informed than administration, while distinct from diagnosis and treatment.

The work preserves context, organises information, prepares consultations, connects recommendations and keeps agreed actions visible. It supports — and does not replace — treating physicians and other clinicians.

Three core pillars

A connected structure around each person

The three pillars work together. Their scope remains individual, consent-led and proportionate to the situation.

01

Orientation and action

Medical Coordination

Physicians and clinics, consultation preparation, second opinions, complex pathways, hospitalisation or rehabilitation, medical travel and follow-up are kept connected around one evolving picture.

Medical Coordination
A medical coordinator connects medical information, specialists and clinics into one coherent pathway.

02 · Personal Medical Record

02

Structure and memory

Personal Electronic Medical Record

Each accompanied family member may have a separate, continuously updated Personal Electronic Medical Record. Records belonging to different people are never mixed.

Where relevant and authorised, it may connect significant history, consultations, investigations, recommendations, follow-up, agreed actions and relevant monitoring data in one longitudinal medical timeline.

The record belongs to the person. A protected personal copy may be provided on a dedicated removable digital storage device. It is a private coordination record: the public website does not store it, and it does not replace official healthcare-institution documentation.

Signals over time

Longitudinal Monitoring

Relevant information from agreed smart watches, smart rings, home blood-pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, scales and other appropriate devices may be manually incorporated into the person’s medical chronology.

The value is not collection alone, but analysis of change over time in the context of the wider history. Device data are supplementary: they do not independently establish a diagnosis or determine treatment.

NOVIKOV HEALTH SYSTEM

Designed from clinical practice. Built around the person

Personal medical coordination begins not with an interface, but with a trusted relationship between a person and a physician.

A medical coordinator knows the person’s context, history and current priorities, helps preserve a coherent medical picture, works with physicians and clinics, prepares consultations and second opinions, and maintains continuity between separate medical events.

Human memory, however, should not be the only place where that continuity is held.

Vladimir Novikov is therefore developing the Novikov Health System — a local working environment organised around a Personal Electronic Medical Record, clinical timeline, documents, medications, investigations and long-term follow-up.

Technology does not replace the Private Medical Advisor. It helps the physician work more consistently and preserve medical context over time.

The person stays central. Technology supports the work.

How it works

An adaptable process, not a rigid protocol

Work may begin at any appropriate point, but clarity of authority and separate individual context come first.

A continuous medical coordination pathway from scattered records and consultations to structured follow-up and ongoing family support.

Families & family offices

For situations where the wider medical picture needs qualified continuity

The model is designed for adult members of private families, principals and authorised representatives navigating complexity over time.

  • Several specialists or medical organisations are involved
  • Adult relatives live in different cities or countries
  • An older relative’s care requires coordination
  • A principal has limited time for a complex medical pathway
  • Long-term treatment, rehabilitation or a second opinion spans several stages
  • Medical travel needs continuity before and after the journey
  • A family office needs a medically qualified coordination point

Audience positioning describes suitable situations; it does not claim existing family-office or private-family clients.

Confidentiality

Discretion is not a feature. It is the working architecture

Sensitive medical and family information requires deliberate boundaries at every stage — from the first enquiry to long-term continuity.

Confidentiality principles
  • 01Explicit consent and authority
  • 02Separate records for each individual
  • 03Minimum-necessary information sharing
  • 04Defined participants and agreed channels
  • 05Appropriate document handling and access
  • 06No public-site storage of medical records
  • 07NDA readiness where required
  • 08Confidentiality continuing after cooperation
