01 · Relationship
The person comes first
Novikov Health does not begin with an application. It begins with a trusted personal relationship.
Long-term coordination depends not only on documents and measurements, but on context: what has happened before, what decisions were made, which questions remain unresolved, what the person expects, and how the situation changes over time.
The Private Medical Advisor remains a person who can listen, discuss uncertainty, prepare questions and support the individual through complex medical decisions.
The system exists so that this work does not depend on memory, messages and scattered documents alone.
02 · Continuity
Medical information rarely exists as one coherent story
One person may have many physicians, multiple clinics, investigations in different formats, years of medication history, laboratory results, medical images, discharge documents and second opinions.
Official records remain with the relevant healthcare organisations. Long-term personal coordination, however, benefits from another layer: a continuous medical history centred on the person, allowing separate documents to be understood as a sequence of events, decisions and follow-up actions.
Novikov Health is being developed for that purpose.
03 · Physician-led
Designed from clinical practice
The medical concept, information structure and working logic of Novikov Health are shaped by practising physician Vladimir Novikov around the real needs of long-term healthcare coordination.
The system is not designed around how many features can be added to an application. It is designed around what a physician actually needs to know, preserve, compare and follow over time.
It is being developed as a physician’s working instrument — not as a replacement for the physician.
Working prototype
A working system, not only a concept
Novikov Health already exists as a functioning working prototype on a dedicated device and within the physician workspace. Public presentation visuals are based on the functioning system while personal medical information is not published.

Personal medical record
One medical history centred on one person
For each person being supported, Novikov Health maintains a separate Personal Electronic Medical Record. It can bring together significant conditions and events, medications, investigations, medical opinions, documents, medical images, longitudinal measurements and follow-up actions in one coherent structure.
It does not replace official healthcare-organisation records or entries made by treating physicians.

Presentation images are based on photographs of the functioning Novikov Health working prototype. Personal medical information is removed or replaced with synthetic demonstration data for public display, and selected interface or environmental elements are visually adapted for presentation. The system’s interface and functionality continue to evolve.
The public website and the private working system are separate
The public Novikov Health website is not a patient portal, does not store visitors’ medical records and is not designed for medical-document uploads.
The working system is used only within a separately agreed personal medical-coordination engagement.
Technical discipline
Technical discipline without unnecessary exposure
Medical information requires not only convenience but disciplined handling. The system is therefore being developed as a local working environment with controlled access, protected storage, source traceability and recoverable backup.

Core medical-history and document workflows are designed to work within the local environment without requiring continuous cloud connectivity.

Detailed security mechanisms are intentionally not published. No digital system should be described as providing absolute security.
Physician-controlled support
AI-assisted, physician-controlled
Specialised AI tools may be used as an additional working resource for structuring medical information, analytical preparation and multilingual medical communication.
They do not replace physician judgement, make clinical decisions or provide a standalone basis for diagnosis or treatment changes.
Any use of external digital tools must account for data minimisation, confidentiality and separation between local medical information and external services.
Return to the human relationship
The system stops where human judgement begins
Novikov Health can preserve a large medical history, documents and the sequence of events over time.
It cannot replace a conversation before a difficult decision, presence during a consultation, a professional question to another physician, understanding of family context, or the ability to explain a medical situation clearly.
That is why Novikov Health is not a product replacing the Private Medical Advisor. It is a tool in the physician’s hands.
